Order Cancellation

Cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, you may follow the return process.
Changes to Orders
If you need to update your shipping address or modify your order, contact our support team as soon as possible.
Changes can only be made if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned, unless they are defective.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of receipt.
- Exchanges are available for the same product in a different size, color, or variant, subject to availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or an alternative solution.
- To request an exchange, please email [email protected] with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.
Refunds
- Refunds for approved returns or cancellations will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds are processed within 4–8 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.
Late Cancellations
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
You may request a return or exchange once the item is delivered, in accordance with our return policy.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you via email.
You may choose a replacement product or request a cancellation and receive a full refund.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order cancellations are accepted only before the pre-order deadline.
After the deadline, cancellations may not be possible due to production and logistics.
Customized Products
Made-to-order or personalized items can only be canceled before production begins.
Once production starts, cancellations and refunds cannot be guaranteed.
Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.
- Return shipping fees apply unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
- If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address or refusal, reshipping or return fees may be deducted from your refund.
- Please ensure returned items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
