At Frinkie, we understand that you may occasionally need to cancel an order. We strive to make this process straightforward and stress-free. Below is our detailed cancellation policy:

Cancellation of Orders
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team via email at [email protected]. Ensure you include your order details, such as the order number, to expedite the cancellation process.

Changes to Orders
If you need to make adjustments to your order, such as updating the shipping address or modifying the items, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on the order’s status and item availability.

Refunds
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 4-8 business days from the cancellation date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Late Cancellations
Cancellation requests made after the order has been shipped or after the cancellation period for a specific product has expired may not be possible. In such cases, you may need to proceed with the return process once the items are delivered.

Out of Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and provide alternative options if available. If no alternatives are desired or available, the out-of-stock item will be cancelled, and a refund will be processed accordingly.

Pre-Order Items
Cancellations for pre-order items are allowed only before the pre-order deadline. After the deadline has passed, cancellation requests may not be accommodated as the item moves into production and shipping preparation stages.

Customized Items
Customized items are made-to-order and personalized based on customer specifications. Cancellations for these items are only possible if the production process has not started. Once production begins, cancellation requests may not be accepted, and refunds may be subject to limitations.
